MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

The Regina City Jame Masjid committee has been working to create a better Islamic environment for everyone. The masjid offers the following benefits to the residents of Saskatchewan Muslim Community to encourage a large number of communities becoming a member and be part of Muslim generation development.

  • An interest free loan (Qarde Hasana) $5,000 after 2 years or $10,000 after 3 years may be given to a good standing member for up to 1 year to a) buy a car b) pay with credit card or line of credit bills to avoid interest c) pay mortgage loan d) pay tuition fees due or e) pay for emergency expenses, etc. If there are enough funds available for an interest free loan, there are other terms and conditions will be applicable at the bellow of the page. ***
  • RCJM may bear free of cost for burial, if enough funds are available. The cost of the burial is $1500. This cost includes the burial lot, opening, closing of the grave, setup fee, fiber dome and plaque. Members are eligible after minimum 2 years of membership or after paying equivalent to a 2-year membership fee.
  • A free touchless premium car wash once a month, and the value of the single car wash is $17.
  • Discount from different businesses in Regina such as notary public, auto mechanic, tire, halal restaurants, etc.
  • Free basic personal tax return
  • Tax credit benefits on all donations and more. Donation receipt will be provided on request.
Terms and conditions ***
1. All members are highly encourage to include minimum 5 members to be member of Regina City Jame Masjid within first one year.
2. Membership fee will be free for the year, if any member includes minimum 20 members.
3. All members are required to attend minimum 4 hours volunteering per month to any of the Al-Baaqi Foundation projects to contribute their time for our community development.
